Whenever I've had issues, whether it was plumbing-related or with my air conditioner, submitting a claim was straightforward. I usually did it online via their app, which I found to be very user-friendly.The latest feature that lets you chat or video chat added even more convenience, especially when I had an air conditioning problem, which they resolved over a video call. The technician was both friendly and informative. It really seemed like he knew what he was doing, which left a positive impression.Overall, my experience with American Home Shield has been seamless, and I would happily recommend their services to others.

My upstairs AC went out and I had to get a technician out .The whole process was easy. I just got on the app. Told them the the the service I needed and they sent someone over. Great service all the way around

My stovetop and microwave went out and AHS sent someone out to diagnose the issue timely. Turns out neither could be repaired so both items had to be replaced. I had the option to pick the brand I wanted within an approved price range from a list and was a smooth process. Thank you AHS!

They've covered everything that we needed them to cover up to this point, and their customer service has been great. American Home Shield sent a technician, who was incredibly thorough and professional. Our initial concern was a suspected leak from our washer. Contractor identified that the real issue was a blockage in the drain, not the washer itself, and even took a video for me to show our plumber.Not only was he diligent in his work, but he was also respectful in our home, making sure to take off his shoes and being kind to our dogs. I give American Home Shield a top rating because the prior service we used charged more, didn't fix the actual problem, and wasn't nearly as thorough. AHS impressed us with how cost-effective and reliable their service is.

Garbage Disposal was leaking water and not working. Called AHS and they scheduled a Plumber. He actually called me before his dispatcher called me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about my problem. Excellent service by AHS and the Plumber.

The customer service was excellent. Somebody got back to me right away and connected me with a repair company to come and fix my dryer and assess my washing machine.

I also was able to utilize the video chat feature in the AHS app to ask about something that was wrong with my garage door. He was very helpful and I was able to hire a company to come out and fix it since it was not covered under my warranty. That saved me money and time. I greatly appreciate it!

The plumbing company you sent was excellent. Keep me informed of arrival, and the plumber was fantastic. Explained everything he did and explained how to prevent it with some tips. My sink wasn't draining properly and showed me why. He was so polite and was formative.

I've been with AHS for over twenty years and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. I've had numerous claims through out the years and AHS has always had my back.
