I have been using American Home Shield for several years, and throughout this time, I've found their customer service to be quite satisfactory. Whenever I've had issues, whether it was plumbing-related or with my air conditioner, submitting a claim was straightforward. I usually did it online via their app, which I found to be very user-friendly.The latest feature that lets you chat or video chat added even more convenience, especially when I had an air conditioning problem, which they resolved over a video call. The technician was both friendly and informative. It really seemed like he knew what he was doing, which left a positive impression.Overall, my experience with American Home Shield has been seamless, and I would happily recommend their services to others.

American Home Shield sent a technician, who was incredibly thorough and professional. Our initial concern was a suspected leak from our washer. Contractor identified that the real issue was a blockage in the drain, not the washer itself, and even took a video for me to show our plumber.Not only was he diligent in his work, but he was also respectful in our home, making sure to take off his shoes and being kind to our dogs. I give American Home Shield a top rating because the prior service we used charged more, didn't fix the actual problem, and wasn't nearly as thorough.
