Your AHS Home Warranty Plan begins 30 days after purchase.

How does a home warranty work?

When a covered item breaks down, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Request service online or by calling 1 888 429 8247.
  2. Once your request is received, one of our contractors will contact you to schedule an appointment.
  3. Your Trade Service Call Fee is due and payable to the contractor when they arrive.
  4. The contractor will diagnose the problem and contact us.
  5. We will determine whether your problem is covered by your home warranty plan then the contractor will repair or replace your equipment.
  6. We will follow up with you by email and/or phone to make sure your problem was resolved to your satisfaction.

What are the payment details?

There is a $75 or $125 trade service fee that an individual will pay anytime they file a claim. As far as the price of the Home Warranty Plan that changes based on the plan the individual purchases and the state they live in.
